Confidentiality
Most of the counselling undertaken at City Counselling Services is confidential. However,
1. If you tell us that you, or another person, are at risk of harm and we feel that action is required, we may not keep what you have told us confidential. We will discuss this with you if it is appropriate to do so.
2. All of our counsellors have regular supervision. This means that your case may be discussed, by your counsellor, with their supervisor, in order that the counsellor can look at different ways of working with you. Your counsellor will keep your name and details confidential.
3. If you tell us that you are involved in acts of terrorism, we will not keep this confidential.
FEES
We ask our clients to pay fees ranging from £25 to £55 per hour, depending on the time of the session and the income level of the client.
Daytime sessions - from £25 to £45
Evening sessions - from £30 to £55
